As I mentioned yesterday, as part of the Ugly Paper Challeng at Winter Haven, I received some neon green vellum and some very, very bright neon pink vellum. These were much more challenging than the patterned papers in yesterday's post.

For the green vellum I cut out a bird image and then tried toning down the color a bit by applying white Staz-On across it as well as stamping it with some script.
It's still pretty bright.
The neon pink vellum was sooooo bright the best I could do was use it as a scalloped border for my stamped image. I then also punched some flowers from the pink and green vellum to add to my card. The background paper here is also part of the ugly paper challenge.
