I wanted to share these Chunky ATC's I was inspired to make during our recent trip to Alabama to visit Pam (see previous post). But I can't do that without saying that due to recent tornadoes and storms in her area I'm really hoping everything there is okay and it's just a matter of there being no phone or internet service. I'll just rest a lot easier when I hear from her that things are okay.
We worked on these ATC's there and I made up a bunch more when I got back home. I have to confess the rosettes at the top and the grungeboard flower on the front of the 2nd one were inspired by Lori. (It's hard not to copy when you are working right next to someone:)
Totally fun to make and approved by the son as being "really cool."
wow these are mega chunky and really cool looking. I really like them!
ReplyDeleteVery cool chunky ATCs. I am hoping and praying that Pam didn't have any damage at her place.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Robin
I agree, these are very cool! I've been trying to get my mojo going again and you have totally inspired me!
ReplyDeleteI hope she's ok too. Those were some horrible tornadoes. I am just sick about the devastation and loss of life. :-(

WOW! These are gorgeous! I have some "chunks" that I just haven't decorated yet (yep, hoarding them, shame on me!). I will have to study yours closer and see if I get up the nerve to take the plunge, LOL!
ReplyDeleteI so very much hope Pam is safe and unharmed! The pictures of the devastation are horrid. Sending good thoughts her way!
Looks like you are having fun with these chunkies! I like the interesting little topknot on the "dream" one but my favorite one is the one with the cigar band. Very cool!
ReplyDeleteI know Pam will get in touch with us when the power is restored. She knows that we are thinking about her.
