Happy Birthday, Mom

Recently I received a very nice surprise in the mail. On March 15h, my late mother's birthday, I received a complimentary issue of Stamper's Sampler because they were publishing some of my work. It was a thrill to see on that very day a Mother's Day card published in the magazine using a stamp I bought for the very reason that it reminded me of my mother. My mother loved hats. The image seems to me to be of '40's vintage (card above) which would be about the time my mom was a young woman.
