Another Heritage Arch

Actually, this is the first arch I created when I decided to choose "Heritage" as the theme for this week's challenge at Gothic Arches It reflects my mother's grandparents, a view of the town they lived in in Illinois, and also has one of my grandmother's recipes in the background. But the more I thought about my heritage I knew that my Ukrainian heritage was the one that had the most impact on me, so I created the one I showed a few days ago. Just thought this one was too pretty not to post.

This one is beautiful, too. I like the way you used the smaller arch for one of your images. Very nicely done.

LOVE this one!! I really like to use old family photos in my cards. The Uncles (Mom's brothers) seem to actually like the ones with the old pictures, as opposed to just stmaped. Go figure!

Louise, I love this one - maybe even more than the other, and that one was awesome.

You are right, Louise, this one is too pretty not to post, the touch of lace just finishes it off so beautifully!
