Altered Clipboard

Another assignment from my son -- create something to thank the man who was his trainer at his new job. Had to be red because he works for Target. Had to have the Target symbol somewhere. And it had to have some kind of quote on it.
I used a library pocket so he can insert a personal note of thanks with this.
I attached my red Target symbol with the red paper clip I found on my craft room floor as I was working on this project:)

The quote I used for this reads:
It is one of the most beautiful compensations of this life that no man can sincerely try to help another without helping himself.

I like this new blog bg. Looks good.
The clipboard is a nice gift. I like the addition of the barcode at the bottom of the pocket card and the red Target logo and paper clip. Good quote too!!

This is a great alteration Louise! A red paper clip on your craft room floor, wonder what else is down there?

Your son is SO lucky. And I bet you didn't charge him a dime. That quote is spectacular for the purpose and so is the idea of the pocket so your son can do more than hand over the goodies. This looks cool and manly as well.
