I wonder if anyone else approaches challenges the way I do -- which is usually to begin the process with something that is right in front of me on my craft table. I find, more often than not, that the thing that I can see is what I will go to as opposed to something I may have to hunt for such as a particular stamp or piece of paper. This library pocket happened to be on my craft table this morning, so that is what inspired this submission to this week's Wednesday Stamper challenge.
The theme is "caps" and I knew I wanted to use this stamp from Paper Artsy of the girl in her beret, but from there the rest of it evolved as I altered this large library pocket.
Stamps used here are : Paper Artsy, See-D's, Stampington, Rubber Stampede.
Good news: I actually have people signed up for the class I am teaching Saturday at a LSS! This is my first time teaching, so I am quite excited. I'll be altering a chipboard box and memory album. You can see it here.
