Wednesday Stamper

I like the background I created for this piece -- as a result of Wednesday Stamper's challenge to create texture. I added some alcohol inks and gesso to my background and then attached the silver mesh with clear adhesive. I then white embossed the edges. I liked the look quite a bit.
But as it's called Wednesday Stamper certainly some stamping was required. I didn't think I could stamp on this particular background, so I added one of my stamped perfume bottles. I had taken the perfume bottle from a magazine add and then stamped this Hampton Arts stamp and black embossed it. The neck of the bottle says Romance, but you have to look closely.

Beautifully done, Louise. Yes, sometimes it takes a bit of creativity to figure out how to insert a piece of stamping! Yours turned out gorgeous.
