Tag Tuesday -- Christmas Leftovers

Don't know if anybody else has been eating Christmas leftovers as I have the last few days.  Thank goodness they are almost gone.
But I also find I have a lot of craftable (don't think that's actually a word) leftovers as well.   For instance, the paper liners from the Fannie May candy box.  I used them to make my flower on this week's tag.
So your challenge this week is to use some leftover Christmas tidbit -- maybe a tag from a gift you received, a scrap of pretty Christmas wrapping paper, some packaging that looks interesting.
It doesn't need to be a Christmas tag -- just use some Christmas leftover on it.
And if you've cleaned up your house so well already that none of this is laying about, then I guess you are out of luck for this week's challenge.
Have fun making tags this week!

Such a clever use of a left-over, love recycling! Your tag is very inventive!
I usually tidy up quite quickly, if only I had known beforehand - will have to have a good think about this one!

What a great idea for a tag, Louise! We have a bag ready to collect the papers as we open up the gifts, so my pickings were slim. The trash has already gone out.

I got one wrapped gift for Christmas and the paper was thrown out that day. ;-) However, I decided to use paper and ribbon that I had used for wrapping.

Great idea for a recycled tag. I used some of the scraps from the Belgian chocolates that we received from a friend. It is sooo creamy and delish that it makes me sick:) I mean somebody has to eat it so it might as well be ME,,,,right!!! So I recycled the brochure and some of the wrappers onto a tag.....I will make some more of these ...just to get this "poison" out of my house and I can get back to eating proper things like veggies and fish:)

Love your use of candy wrappers!! I have saved those before, but never could think of what to do with them.

Oh, and thanks for offering to cut me some bird cages. Mary-Beth is sending me some, plus I ordered the die (couldn't help it), so I'm all set! :-)

Happy New Year to you!!

Thanks for such a fun challenge. I didn't have a lot of leftovers to work with but that just made it more interesting. Love your tag.
