I'd forgotten about this great Bingo stamp I have from Red Rubber Designs, so I decided to make a little Halloween card using it as a background. I created a silhouette from RRD's famous bicycle lady. I used Tim's Halloween ticket stamp as well.
A little spider web corner and a bat -- and Bingo! it's done.
