Inchies

If you haven't heard about this bit of fun yet (come out of your cave) you will soon. They are soooo easy and truly fun! (Click on the picture to see a much better view of them)
Although they are customarily one-inch canvasses you create on, I used a 1-1/2 inch punch. But still the canvas is so small, it's really hard to screw these up. I went through my paper scraps and punched out interesting backgrounds. I then adhered these to a transparency with removable adhesive. The transparency allows you to work without a distracting background. And the removable adhesive lets you work with each piece without having them flying all over. I then went through my ephemera, stickers, stash of previously stamped items and picked out those things that appealed to me and were smaller in size. After that it was just a matter of piecing things together, adding an image and a word to each one. Voila! Inchies! Now if I just make 100,000 more of these I'll use up all those scraps!!!
I'll be showing some cards I made from them very soon.
