Dream and Discover

This card was created for the second June sketch over on Two Peas.

It could be used as a graduation card, although I am going to send it as a congratulations card to a friend who just got her first teaching job teaching five-year olds.

I've used this stamp before, but I just love that little guy. He is from Stampsmith. And as I always do with my photo stamps, I stamped him on glossy cardstock with brown StazOn. I also used StazOn to stamp the D on the metal star.

What a precious card, Louise! I may have to check out Stampsmith stamps. And my Michaels finally had a good bunch of those $1 clear stamps that will need to be inked and played with soon. Thanks for the inspiration and happy stamping.

He is cute. Love the way you played with shapes--the tab thingies and the rounded corners of the photo layer.

What a wonderful wonderful card. Great image and layout. Good luck to your friend (I did that same job and its very hardwork!)
