Instructions: I inked up each envelope with a different color of Brilliance ink. I stamped a bird image (Crafty Secrets, StampinUp, PSX) onto each page, colored it and added embellishments. On the back of each envelope I added a different scripture verse.
To construct, the book, I attached each of the top flaps of the mini envelope to the one in front of it with very strong tape double-sided tape. I punched a hole through all the flaps and inserted my metal ring. This is basically just for show and to attach the ribbons and my "believe" embellishment. It's really the tape that holds all the envelopes together.
I then cut the end of the opposite side of the envelope off so I could insert my tag. The tags are by Fancy Pants. They include a colored side and then a lined side for journaling. Don't know what I'll put on those pages yet. I then punched a hole in the top of the tag and added my ribbon. This keeps the tag from completely falling into the envelope.

I love it! It's so darling! I'll even promise not to whine about your shopping prowess for a month. Desperate people will do desperate things...
Oh gosh....I love your tag book! I haven't made one of those in a long time. Aren't they fun? Great job!
You have my creative wheels turning. This is a great book! I have plenty of tags....
Very, very cool. I bought a box of these envelopes on sale, and have been looking for a new way to use some! Thanks for this splendid idea!
