Thought I'd show a card today that was not rejected. This one was published in the April/May Stampers Sampler. I've used this collage stamp from Paperbag Studios so many times because it is just so hard to find stamps for masculine cards that I really like. I added a metal car which I confiscated from a store-bought card (not off the rack, of course, but from a card we received). When you think that one can probably pay $6 for a card with that kind of embellishment and then it very well could end up in the garbage ....well, not if you are a cardmaker it won't. Anything that's not nailed down comes off and has potential, right? On the other hand, cardmakers know that we don't make handmade cards because it cheaper.....despite what our relatives think. Tomorrow I'm going to show the $30 card my sister and I made.

This is super...always love a male card sample!
Congratulations on getting published. Your card is gorgeous so I can see why it was accepted. All of your cards are very unique and lovely.

Congrats on being published! Maculine cards are so difficult for me and you've made it look easy. It's gorgeous.
Great card - I always "recycle" my cards - just went thru a stack of about 20 cards from my recent birthday and ended up with a whole pile of goodies - "gee, I can use this paper in the CB, this will work as an embellishment, great paper, wow, a darling charm" Aren't we the thrifty ones!
I remember this card, great work!
